True Oasis with Terrace

Our house in Lecce is spacious, airy, comfortable, furnished in a modern style and very centrally located in the historic center of the city. It is in fact located in a 15th-century (pre-baroque) building, protected as a landmark by monuments and by the Department of Fine Arts of Italy.
Space
Our home is very quiet and spacious. It has “pietra leccese” floors and warm carpets. It has 2 bedrooms on the upper floor (first floor) and a bedroom with bathroom on the lower floor (ground floor), connected by an internal staircase that we close if you rent only the apartment on the upper floor. If you would like to rent the third additional en-suite bedroom downstairs we open the internal staircase and an additional charge will apply.
The entrance hall has a barrel vaulted ceiling which leads to a large living and dining room, a large and airy kitchen, a large and bright master bedroom, a cozy second bedroom with electronic optional skylight, a large bathroom and airy with a washing machine and a large desk area above the internal staircase. When renting the whole house, you also have access to the additional large bedroom downstairs with two very comfortable single beds (which can be connected to create a large double bed) and en-suite bathroom. This last bedroom opens onto a small private patio.
From the kitchen you can go up to the roof terrace where in the warm season we set up a gazebo with tables and chairs and two deck chairs for sunbathing.
Supermarkets and fruit and vegetable shops are within walking distance; fruit sellers with their small trucks from local farms are usually parked outside Porta San Biagio. You will receive a detailed map from me. At the bottom of your booking page you will find suggestions for places to visit and my favorite restaurants and cafés.

Guests will have access to WIFI.
The water is drinkable. We also offer a Brita carafe.
Other things to keep in mind
CLEANLINESS: We want to keep our house tidy, as it is truly a special place.
This means that if you are staying for at least two to three weeks, our cleaner will clean and change bed linen and towels every week, free of charge.
