We will visit the mills and groves and closely observe all stages of the production process whilst participating in the olive harvest. Car service included in the participation fee.

Have a chef guide you through the seasonal delicacies of the typical Salento cuisine. We will take a trip to the city’s fruit and vegetable market and visit other famous places in the city to taste traditional products alongside our chef, ending the journey in the best way: at the chef’s table in his home, after having met and prepared a classic lunch together.

A special day in the company of the chef, to prepare a tasty lunch in their home, after visiting the local market. A pleasant chat will make them understand what you like best and what you could try, even for the first time. You can ask any questions and learn the stories behind each quintessential dish.
