Modern apartment suitable for families or professionals for short and medium periods:

→ second floor with lift
→ large and bright living room where there is a large table that can be used both for meals and for study or work. In the living room there is also a double sofa bed. A satellite TV and high-speed Wifi are also available.
→ The kitchen is modern, with hob and dining area with chairs, complete with fridge, freezer, electric oven and microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric juicer and coffee machine, electric kettle.
→ The kitchen leads to the secondary bathroom, equipped with sink, toilet, bidet and washing machine.
→ Both from the living room and from the kitchen it is possible to access a private balcony where you can have a good meal in spring or summer.
→ The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms: a double bedroom with a six-door wardrobe, 2 bedside tables, air conditioning and a balcony; optional cot with sides for small children; a second bedroom, equipped with single beds for 2 people (they can be brought together if necessary), which overlooks the private terrace on the back.
→ Between the two rooms there is a comfortable bathroom equipped with all comforts (shower, sink, toilet, bidet and hairdryer).
→ you can park your car “blue zone” paid parking is available on the street in the time slots “09-14.16-21 Monday – Saturday (Sunday is free).

The entire apartment is at the exclusive disposal of our Guests. Every detail is designed to welcome you in a safe and comfortable environment: take care of it.
Other things to keep in mind
In the house smoking is allowed only and exclusively on the two large balconies; parties are not allowed.
PETS: pets are allowed with a supplement of €20 if small, €30 if large.
