Our house is located on the ground floor of a recently renovated building.

The entrance corridor that leads to a large living area equipped with:

– Table with chairs
– Fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, coffee machine and all the essentials (pots, pans, cutlery, etc.)

The living area leads to the bathroom with shower and washing machine, and to a large outdoor area with table, barbecue and relaxation SPA.

Also from the ground floor there is access to the bathroom with tub and to the 2 double bedrooms and to the stairs leading to the upper floor where there is the third double bedroom which has exclusive access to the terrace with umbrella
